Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Paloma Wool pieces. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of the delivery date provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Access our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose between a refund or an exchange.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a full reimbursement.
Label and Ship
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
